Yes, we offer exclusive pricing for licensed professionals. Please create an account and upload a copy of your cosmetology or nail technician license to be approved for professional-tier pricing.
How long does shipping take for nail supplies?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, and tracking information will be emailed as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy on gels and liquids?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used gels, polishes, or acrylic liquids. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Are your UV/LED lamps compatible with all gel brands?
Our lamps are designed to cure most professional-grade UV and LED gels. However, for the best results and to prevent service breakdown, we recommend matching your lamp to the specific gel system brand you are using.
Do you ship hazardous materials like monomers and acetone?
Yes, we ship monomers and acetone via ground transportation only, as required by DOT regulations. Please note that these items cannot be shipped via expedited air methods.
What should I do if my liquid products arrive leaking or damaged?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If any items are damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged product to receive a replacement or credit.
